Yoga for Cyclists

Look to this page for updates on poses that are great for cycling  – stretching during a ride, post-ride recovery, strength sequences to balance non-riding days, and yin poses for total relaxation and whole body nourishment.

Contact me directly for information on a private or small group Yoga for Cyclists session.  We can incorporate a road or mountain bike ride followed by a 30 – 60 minute session of yoga to counterbalance the riding position.
