Favorite Shakeology Recipes

  • Everyday Vanilla
    • 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
    • 2 oz almond milk
    • 6 – 8 oz water
    • Sprinkle in cinnamon and shake
  • Apple “pie” filling
    • 1 cup applesauce (all natural)
    • 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
    • Add cinnamon or all spice and mix all together in a container (I typically mix it up at least the night before
  • Shakeology Bars
    • 2 cups oatmeal
    • 1/4 cup all natural peanut butter
    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 4 scoops Chocolate Shakeology
    • Mix well together using your hands if needed and spread in an 8×8 pan, cut into 12 bars and keep in the refrigerator…NOTE: I make these almost weekly and they usually last my husband and I a week, I also fine tune the amounts of ingredients a bit, some times adding cinnamon (noticing a theme here?) or a bit more milk to change the consistency
